Fannie Mae Proctor

Fannie Mae Proctor, 78, of Cherokee, Texas, entered into heaven January 19, 2024. Fannie Mae was born July 9, 1945, in Menard, Texas, to the union of Edgar Sylvester Hawkins and Nettie Mae Fry Hawkins. She married Forrest Wayne Shannon, Sr. and had six children. Forrest Wayne passed away in 1978.

Les Dawson, of San Saba, Texas, passed peacefully at home on January 17, 2024, at the age of 81. Les was born to Edgar and Pearl (Shackleford) Dawson, on October 29, 1942, in Marathon, Texas. He was the sixth of six children, with four brothers and one sister.
