TGCA Basketball Legacy All Star Selections

TGCA selects a maximum of 20 All-Stars, from conferences 1-4a and 5-6a in basketball. These athletes are selected by the TGCA Basketball Committee, which is composed of basketball member coaches of the association, at their annual meeting.

Middle School The San Saba Middle School Tennis Team played in the Mason Team Tennis Tournament on Saturday, April 9. Playing in the tournament were Mason, San Saba, Fredericksburg, Wall, San Angelo Glenn, and San Angelo Lone Star middle schools.

San Saba High School Academic Meet results

San Saba High School hosted the 2022 Academic meet for District 29-AA on March 24. SSHS was the District Runnerup in a very tough eight-school district. To qualify for the regional meet, a student must be in the top three individually or on a 1st place team. Four teams and five individuals won.

San Saba Track and Field advances athletes to area meet

The San Saba High School boys and girls varsity track and field teams competed on Friday, April 8, in the District 29-2A meet hosted by Mason High School and had several outstanding Dillos and Lady Dillos studentathletes do exceptionally well to advance to the upcoming 2A area meet.
