San Saba High School hosted the 2022 Academic meet for District 29-AA on March 24. SSHS was the District Runnerup in a very tough eight-school district. To qualify for the regional meet, a student must be in the top three individually or on a 1st place team. Four teams and five individuals won. Eighteen SSHS students qualified for the regional this year which will be held at La Vernia High School on April 22-23. All of these students are to be commended for going above and beyond their normal school day in order to learn more and compete well in the academic meet. We are proud of all of them for their hard work and dedication.
