As I was unpacking some boxes, I found a can in one I opened. It is just a regular tin can. It could have had spinach or green beans or perhaps corn. The outside of the can had a beige piece of paper around it.

In Luke 18, Jesus told the story of an ungodly judge who was continually bothered by a widow woman who demanded justice concerning a matter. The woman’s persistence troubled him. He finally complied with her request, not because he sympathized with her need, but because he was weary of her visits.

City Council holds regular meeting Tuesday, September 8th

The San Saba City Council held a regular meeting on Tuesday, September 8th, in the City Hall Chambers. Mayor Ken Jordan called the Council to order at 6:00 p.m., announced a quorum, and welcomed everyone. Alderman Michael Nelson gave the invocation and led everyone in the flag pledges.
