62 Years Ago April 21, 1960 Josephine Kirkpatrick Petty and Andrew Petty marked their 62nd wedding anniversary Tuesday. She is a Crockett county native. He of Caldwell. He knows the exact date he came to this country––February 2, 1885.

What Happens at Physical Death?

I remember the last night I visited with him. He had developed a cough and went to the doctor and was diagnosed with advanced lung cancer. He was over six feet tall, young, strong and in good physical shape. He worked with wood and had made a lot of crosses for different churches.

Why the Empty Tomb?

Years ago, my wife and I went on a trip to Israel, and we saw many wonderful things like the Dead Sea, Sea of Galilee and City of Jericho. We spent a good deal of time in Jerusalem, and I was impressed with the city. We visited the Wailing Wall, the Temple Mount and the Mount of Olives.
