Texas Water Law and Well Owners

Water Law in Texas is a rich, involved, complicated field so we are not surprised that well owners are little confused about some of the Hickory UWCD’s requirements and requests. To start, our name itself is a bit confusing.
Angela Brodbeck from Brady has worked as the Jail Administrator and TAC supervisor over the dispatchers since last November. She has worked in all areas of law enforcement in Texas since 1997, including County Clerk, Criminal Clerk, jailer, and has previous experience as a jail administrator. Her dad was a police officer.

Who can be a Superhero? A superhero could be someone who is a quick thinker, a mind reader, and has good judgment skills, or someone who has the ability to multi-task while still being focused and detailed.

Families of all ages have a new playground in Marble Falls. Putters and Gutters, with the original location in Lampasas, opened their second location this spring next to the Pedernales Electric Cooperative Headquarters in Marble Falls.

Of the over 500 species of grasses found in Texas, probably only about 75 would be considered common in the Hill Country. Grasses are classified as either “bunch” grasses or “turf” grasses; the latter being low, spreading lawn grasses.
