Colony Memorial Cemetery meeting will be April 27,2024, the last Saturday in April Please come to the meeting; lunch as usual is at 12 noon covered dish. THE COLONY Memorial Cemetery ASSOCIATION held its regular meeting on Saturday, April 29, 2023, at 11:00 a.m.

Keep San Saba Beautiful (KSSB) holds semi-annual citywide cleanups each year: one in the spring in conjunction with the Great American Cleanup (GAC) and the Don’t Mess With Texas (DMWT) Trash Off and another in the Fall for the Keep Texas Beautiful (KTB) Fall Sweep.

The SSN& S has given information about the Total Solar Eclipse that will be seen in the San Saba area on Monday, April 8th. Last week, I attended a meeting at the library in Zanesville, Ohio, where I live, telling about this event that will be seen here also.
