We are so happy to be back in school after a long and much needed break. It is so good to see the halls filled with smiling faces. In sports news, our varsity Lady Indians played their district opener against Brookesmith over the break and came out on top.

Ryleigh Bryant was honored Friday night for the astounding 1422 points scored for the Lady Coyotes throughout her high school career. Ryleigh is beginning her district play as a junior, and we look forward to seeing what the Lady Coyotes accomplish this season.

Lady Dillo Basketball Players of the Week

Varsity Player of the Week This week, we recognize 5’8 sophomore forward Cinzlea Stanton as the Varsity Player of the week. She plays golf, basketball, cross country and track. Cinzlea has also participated in Cheer, UIL Academics, Student Council and HOSA.

Angelo State University announces Fall 2022 Dean's List

Angelo State University in San Angelo, Texas, has announced the students achieving the Dean's List for the 2022 fall semester. To be eligible for the ASU Dean's List, full-time undergraduate students must maintain a 3.25 or better grade point average on a 4.0 scale.

Lady Dillo Basketball Report

The San Saba girls (13-6) went on the road Tuesday and picked up a solid 50-42 win over 4A Mineral Wells, led by junior Macy Sebastain’s season-high 15 points. After a slow start, the Lady Dillos racked up 31 points over the final 14 minutes of the first half to build a 12-point advantage.
