Debbie Wheeler Hicks, a 1986 graduate of Lampasas High School, fulfilled a lifetime goal on August 1, 2020, when she was awarded a B.A. degree in Psychology from Concordia University Texas, in Austin, Texas. She completed the last year of her studies with honors.
