It was a busy week for our elementary students. Our pre-K-2nd graders along with the elementary and junior high GT students visited the nursing home in San Saba to spread a little Valentine's Day love. They made signs, sang songs, and delivered cards, gifts, and cookies to the residents.

Have you ever noticed that good things – lots of good things – come in threes? Truly a wonderful reference during Senior Night which was held at Armadillo Arena on February 2, 2024, as special recognition was given to a group of three athletes and their parents.

Our Cherokee Lady Indians clenched 2nd place in district basketball and have advanced to the bi-district round of the playoffs. Congratulations! The cheer parent meeting was held last week, so cheerleading hopefuls need to be practicing their routines.
