April 12, 1958. After marriage, the couple moved to Louisiana and then to Texas.
Una was a devoted wife and mother, loving grandmother, and great-grandmother. She had a peaceful spirit and she loved children and they loved her. She was the instigator of the afternoon baseball game with her nieces and nephews in Arkansas, absolutely adored playing with her grandchildren, and her great-grandson brought her great joy in these last two years. She also enjoyed helping with Children's Church at the First Presbyterian Church in San Saba. She loved camping trips to visit with family. She was an expert seamstress and enjoyed the outdoors, fishing, hunting, water skiing and swimming. Una maintained a loving home in Houston while also traveling most weekends to San Saba to keep the pecan farm running. Ray and Una retired to their home in the Pecan Grove community 30 years ago. She was a member of the First Presbyterian Church for many years and found fulfillment in the groups and Bible studies there, especially after Raymond passed in 2007. She was especially proud when she became an Elder of the Church.
Una is survived by her daughter, Nena Hoover and husband Danna of Burnet, Texas; her son, Tim Oliver of Austin, Texas; her grandchildren: Deanna Faulhaber and husband Casey of Richardson, Texas, and Cory Hoover of Burnet, Texas; her great-grandson, Rhys Faulhaber; her brother, Ancel M. Offutt and wife Mary of Mount Ida, Arkansas; and many family members in Texas, Arkansas, Alabama, Ohio, and the Carolinas.
She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, three sisters, two brothers, and a niece and nephew.
Funeral service was held at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday, November 30, 2022, at the Heritage Funeral Home Chapel in San Saba with Pastor John Alsbrooks officiating.

Una Ione Oliver, 89, passed away peacefully in her sleep, Friday morning, November 25, 2022. Una was born January 2, 1933, to Earl M. Offutt and Virgaline Harter Offutt in Pine Bluff, Arkansas, the fifth of seven children. As a young adult in Pine Bluff, Una worked for Metropolitan Insurance Company and met her future husband Ray when her older brother, Bud, invited him home for dinner. Una Offutt married Raymond 'Sonny' Oliver of San Saba, Texas, on
