Words are very important. We speak words to those we are around daily. Sometimes we speak too many words. More than once my wife has said to me, “Don’t talk!” This is usually when I have been teasing her. Let’s think about words for a few minutes. First, words can be comforting.

Hello from Bend! I don’t know if anyone noticed this last week…..but I think the authorities should be contacted. Someone. Stole. Spring. How did we end up with summer temps suddenly? I know I might have been a little grumpy about the cold…but to just skip Spring?!? :-( That is no bueno.

The San Saba Commissioners’ Court met for a special called meeting on Monday, March 14th, in the Commissioners’ Courtroom. Judge Byron Theodosis called the meeting to order at 9:58 a.m. Commissioner Kenley Kroll gave the invocation and led everyone in the pledge to the American flag and Texas flag.
