To date, LCRA has awarded 2,056 community grants totaling more than $52 million. When combined with more than $239 million in community-raised matching funds, the program has invested almost $292 million in local communities.

I remember the time my wife decided to show a little mercy to a couple of the pets that would hang out in the backyard. She took a small cardboard box and made a little house for our small dog. To our surprise not only did the little dog stay in the box but also the cat.

Mason - San Saba June 20, 2024Receipts totaled 1,944 head. The stocker steers sold steady to $3 higher and stocker heifers were $3-$5 higher. The feeder steers were $3-$4 lower after last weeks increases with 7 steers 857 lbs at $229.00 ($1962.53). The feeder heifers were $3-$4 higher.

First Responder Story By Sue RansomI have reason to be grateful to both our EMT service and Sheriff Jenkins. Some time ago I had a serious pancreatitis attack. I thought I was dealing with the vomiting and didn't realize I was getting dehydrated.
The 2023-2024 Golden Armadillo Band competition season continues as their concert selections from their UIL program will be heard in the TMEA Honor Band contest in conjunction with the Texas Bandmasters Association state convention July 25th, in San Antonio.
