Mason - San Saba September 21, 2024Receipts totaled 2,054 head. Demand was very good this week again with the stocker steers selling $3-$4 higher, and stocker heifers were steady with 10 heifers 368 lbs at $320.00 ($1177.60). Feeder steers were steady to $2 higher with 57 steers 751 lbs at $250.

My husband Larry (died 2020) and I knew that we needed to move to Texas to be closer to mission work in Mexico. We sold the little country church, Asbury Chapel, at Hopewell, Ohio, that Larry pastored. By internet, we put an offer on a church for sale in Burnet, Texas, that was rejected.
