Citizens attend City Council meeting, make opinions known

The San Saba City Council met last week, and three citizens signed up to speak and make their opinions known.Citizen David Sutton addressed the Council and asked if the City would consider putting in a crosswalk on South High Street near the Post Office and Dollar Stores area.

San Saba Dilloettes continue tradition

The San Saba Dilloettes Drill Team has been a tradition at San Saba High School since 1958-59 according to Mikie Bishop who served as the drill team’s sponsor from 1975-78 and again from 1986-1994.

My office is now accepting submissions for the 2024 Congressional App Competition. The competition is open to all 6-12 grade students in the 11th Congressional District of Texas and is an opportunity for students to develop their skills in computer science and STEM.
