The Richland Springs Report

Three short weeks, or 13 days, of school left before the 2024-2025 school year is complete. We will be attending school on Monday, May 12th, to make up a severe weather day. The STAAR is finished; now we wait for the results.This week is Teacher Appreciation Week.

San Saba ISD election last week had items of great interest for many. There were two spots open on the school board and a bond election with two propositions.

Downtown San Saba was dancin' Saturday night!

If you were driving through downtown San Saba last Saturday night, you may have noticed things looked a lot different! Some may have thought - 'what a crowd! There must be a celebrity performing there tonight.' And they would have been correct!

Meet Rick, a five-week-old tabby kitten who was found abandoned at Rick’s One Stop; so naturally, the name stuck. Despite his beginning, Rick is a sweet, little cuddlebug with a big heart and an even bigger sense of curiosity.
