Doug’s Doorstep

Recently we have been saddened by the shooting at an elementary school in Uvalde, Texas. Nineteen fourth graders and two teachers were gunned down by an 18 year old. I read Monday morning that there was a shooting in Chattanooga, Tennessee, where at least six people were injured.

Golden Armadillo Band members receive excellent ratings at UIL Contest

Thirteen members of the Golden Armadillo band competed at the UIL State Solo & Ensemble competition on Monday, May 30th, at Hendrickson High School in Pfugerville. These students represented San Saba with class and performed at a high level.

Alice in Wonder Land

I am certainly in Wonder Land as I think about terrible events and happenings in the world. I could not go to sleep last night thinking about the massacre at the school in Texas.
