Alice in Wonder Land

I am certainly in Wonder Land as I think about terrible events and happenings in the world. I could not go to sleep last night thinking about the massacre at the school in Texas. I got up and started reading a book that I bought at a yard sale in Dresden last week, An Abundance of Blessings by Carolyne Aarsen. I was able to sleep by 1 a.m.

This morning, my thoughts were about what a mess the whole world is in right now. The Bible (Basic Instructions Before Leaving Earth) records the events of good and evil, and pastors and words of prophecy are predicting that we are in the 'end times.'

My husband Larry's ancestor's were killed by Indians; my great grandfather was killed by a train; my niece's daughter was killed by drugs; my husband died by covid. None of these mentioned were killed by a gun. However, there is such an uproar now about the ownership of guns. Citizens of Mexico have limited access to guns for protection from the Cartel. There are more killings of babies by abortion than killings by guns.

When I was pondering about these situations, my phone rang, and I talked to a dear friend in Texas. He told me about a dream he had about my husband Larry who died November 22, 2020. It was a wonderful revelation that brought me comfort and joy.

Matthew 6:34....So don't be anxious about tomorrow. God will take care of your tomorrow too; live one day at a time.

The Right Hand of God is Peace and Comfort. Don't fear; God is here.

I'm gonna sing in the middle of a storm, louder and louder I'm gonna let my praises soar; up from the ashes hope will arise. Death is defeated THE KING IS ALIVE!
