Down Memory Lane

From the San Saba News & Star Archives 100 Years Ago January 31, 1924 L. D. Munsell bought the Dr. Burleson farm and moved in last week. Dr. and Mrs. Burleson moved to Richland Springs. We are glad to welcome Mr. Munsell and family into our Shiloh community.

San Saba Lodge stated meeting - Feb. 3rd

San Saba Lodge #612 will be holding its regular stated meeting this Saturday, February 3rd, 2024. Jake Lackey will be providing the main meal of beef enchiladas with beans and rice; members are asked to provide a dessert or side dish to complement the meal.

Alice in Wonder Land

After church on Sunday, January 28th, I drove 30 minutes to Heath, Ohio, where I ate lunch at Fazoli's in a shopping center. In this shopping center was Sophie's Thrift Store where 100% of the proceeds benefit the Licking County Humane Society.
