Friday, May 13th, Congressman August Pfluger (TX-11) announced the winners of the 2022 Congressional Art Competition for the 11th District of Texas. The competition is open to all high school students, and the winning artwork will hang in the U.S. Capitol in Washington, D.C. for one year.
