Week 5 Preview – San Saba vs Hamilton

San Saba will finish their four-game road trip this Friday when they take on the Bulldogs of Hamilton at Kooken Field. This will be the first game of district play for both teams. San Saba comes into the game 4-0 while Hamilton ended their pre-district schedule at 2-2.

Richland Springs JH vs Lometa JH

The game started at 6:00 p.m. after the girls volleyball game on the 8th of September 2022. The kickoff was from Richland Springs to Lometa on the West end of the field where Sirr Beam made the tackle. Lometa soon after fumbled the ball and Cohen Ethridge recovered the ball.

News From Cherokee ISD

Last week, our cross country teams traveled to Zephyr for their first meet of the year. The varsity girls team placed 3rd. James Beck placed 6th overall in the varsity boys’ division. The junior high cross country teams had their first meet last week as well.
