It’s week two here at Cherokee ISD. We had a difficult first week as we lost a very important community member, but our village always comes together to support and care for each other. Over the summer, our cheerleaders were already working hard to prepare for football season.

Alumni members Donna Baxter and Gale Ivy presented a $1500 check to Dilloette officers Anna Millican (Lieutenant) and Natalie Cuevas (Captain) and sponsor Kaytlynn Murray. The funds will be used to defray expenses for each member of the Dilloettes.

To grow appreciation of nature and the environment, the Science Mill is introducing its newest exhibit–the Food Forest–at a Grand Opening on Saturday, August 19, 2023, from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. at 101 South Lady Bird Lane, Johnson City, Texas.
