Last week was teacher appreciation week, and the staff here at Cherokee ISD was truly spoiled! The week started with “Supper on us” from our amazing PTC. A custom lemonade and a casserole to go were on the menu. Students were also tasked with writing notes to their teachers. They did not disappoint!

This week we are excited to announce that Jeremiah Wakefield earned a bronze medal by placing 3rd in the 100 meter dash at the state track meet. While he didn’t make it to the podium, he also placed 7th in the 200 meter dash. Way to represent Cherokee!
