Amelia Bogard, age 83 of Gatesville, passed away on Sunday, December 18, 2022, at her home. Memorial services were held at 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, December 28, 2022, at Scott’s Funeral Home Chapel; Reverend Stephen Schmidt officiated.

Marie Anita Gomez, 87, of San Saba, Texas, went to be with our Lord Monday, December 19, 2022. Marie was born April 17, 1935, in San Saba, to Antonio and Maria de Jesus Gamboa. After graduating from San Saba High School, Marie attended and graduated from nursing school at the San Saba Hospital.

Jeanne Marie Rainbolt

Jeanne Marie Rainbolt was born May 18, 1925, at Muleshoe, Texas, to Thomas Henry and Mary Ann Adair. Jeanne (Bob) went to be with the Lord on December 21, 2022, in her daughter’s home in Algerita surrounded by her family. At age 15, she married Luther Ray (Scooter) Rainbolt on November 30, 1940.

Maria (Mary) Teresa DeLeon Patrick

Maria (Mary) Teresa DeLeon Patrick, age 68, of Brownwood, Texas, passed on Monday, December 12, 2022, at Hendrick Hospice Care in Abilene, Texas.  Visitation will be Thursday, December 15, 2022, from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. with Rosary at 6:00 p.m.

J.T. had a passion for the outdoors, a love for hunting and fishing that was instilled in him by his father. He could spend hours going through game camera photos looking for that special buck. He made sure to keep both the deer and the tank’s catfish well fed! J.T.
