There is a great outpouring of the Holy Spirit that is taking place among young people on many of our college and university campuses across America! Asbury University in Kentucky; Baylor University in Waco, Texas; Texas A&M in College Station as well as many others.
Revival is crucial for America right now. We need a spiritual awakening! There must be a death to our personal selfish desires which are dividing and destroying our nation. We must come to a place where we can't live any longer without a personal relationship with Jesus Christ. Revival fires spread as people have life changing personal encounters with Holy God.
Without question, America has reached a time of spiritual reckoning. I’m convinced that our nation is starting to recognize that politics cannot save her. Ideology cannot save her. Social change cannot save her. Only a powerful outpouring of the Holy Spirit pointing people to Jesus can save us.
To experience this there must be fervent prayer, hunger, humility and holiness! The church must prepare herself and cry out to the Lord!
Revival throughout the history of the church is always a sovereign move of God. No man can, in essence, make it happen. It is supernatural. And so, what we desperately need to do is cry out to God.
