County Museum to open Saturday, April 3rd

Saturday, April 3rd, is opening day of the 2021 season at the San Saba County Historical Museum. It will be closed on Easter Sunday, but then will be open Saturday and Sunday afternoons from 1:30 until 4:00 p.m. through October.

City Council holds regular meeting Tuesday, March 9th

The San Saba City Council held a regular meeting on Tuesday, March 9th, in the City Hall Chambers. Mayor Ken Jordan called the Council to order at 6:00 p.m. and welcomed everyone. Alderman Marcus Amthor gave the invocation and led everyone in the pledges to the American flag and the Texas flag.

San Saba County to hold OPEN vaccine clinic March 30th

San Saba County will be holding an OPEN 500 dose COVID vaccine clinic on Tuesday, March 30th, from 9am - 4pm. This clinic will be held at 2005 W. Wallace [the old hospital] with entrance to be made at the back of the building off of Commerce Street.
