The Hill Country Cattle Women gathered at the Blanco County Fairgrounds in Johnson City for their April meeting. There were 37 members present and a surprise guest visit from a representative from Governor Abbot's office. Our guest speaker was Carley Howell Blanco County Natural Resource Director.

The stocker steers were steady to $10 lower with a 175 lbs steer calf bringing $1425 a head. The stocker heifers were steady with 2 heifers 520 lbs at $480.00($2496.00).
