Central Texas Pecan Short Course

The annual Central Texas Pecan Program will be conducted by the Texas AgriLife Extension Office in Mills County on Thursday, March 30th, at the Mills County Civic Center at 1103 Cline St. in Goldthwaite. Registration will begin at 8:30 a.m., and the program will begin at 9:00 a.m.

The San Saba County Chamber of Commerce held their yearly Stan Weik Cancer Stomp 5k and 1-mile fun run on Saturday, March 25th, at the San Saba River Golf Course. This was the third year for the event. Over 115 people ran/walked the beautiful course.
