Heart of Texas Honky Tonk Fest set in Brady

The Third Annual Heart of Texas Honky Tonk Festival will be held at the Ed Davenport Civic Center in Brady, Texas, on August 16-19. The event benefits the Heart of Texas Country Music Museum, which is a 501c3 non profit organization.

Beginning at 7 AM Thursday, August 3, the northbound lane of SH 16 at the bridge on Jerry’s Creek will be closed as TxDOT’s contractor installs concrete traffic barrier prior to construction. Flaggers and a pilot car will guide motorists through the work zone.
