Last Thursday, July 23rd, was National Vanilla Ice Cream Day! The news office was given a 'COOL' treat by Allyssa Ramos from San Saba Rehabilitation.

Police Officer Jason Gann is the Employee of the Month for July. He was presented with a dedicated plaque with his name on it as well as a gift certificate to a local restaurant. He was honored at the July City Council meeting held July 14, 2026.
