Texas A&M AgriLife Extension Service will host the annual Pecan Field Day on Monday, May 4th, at the San Saba Civic Center, 1190 Thomas Stewart Drive. Registration will begin at 8 a.m. with the program beginning at 9 o’clock. There will be a $50.

Storey, provides low-cost daily meals, activities, arts and crafts and Bingo for citizens over the age of 60. The Senior Center also provides rental space for different events. As seasons change and spring brings chances for renewal, change has taken place at the San Saba Senior Center. Karry Amstead has recently become the new Center Director and is hoping to bring in new ideas to help the senior citizens of San Saba and the surrounding area.
