Hello from Bend!
This Saturday is our annual fundraiser! We will have our fish fry, silent auction and cake auction. Lots of visiting and raising money for a great cause! Our building is almost 100 years old, and very rich in history. The schoolhouse is now used for events such as family reunions, weddings, but most of all when the community needs to come together the schoolhouse is the place. There have been so many memories have been made there. Let’s join together this weekend to help raise money to keep it around for other generations to see.

The Bend schoolhouse is located directly across the road from the Bend General Store.
In other news the Bend-Chappel TEEA club met today with 11 in attendance. We discussed plans we have for our upcoming year. If you’d like to join us please join us at our next meeting happening on November 9th, at 11 a.m. at the Bend United Methodist Church.
