Wesley Lackey, senior at San Saba High School, was recently named to the 2021 3rd Team Roster of Abilene-based All-Big Country Team Preps. Wesley is the son of Jake and Lisa Lackey of San Saba. At 5'-11" and 160 lbs.

The San Saba High School girls and boys varsity basketball teams both got victories on the road this past Friday night at Center Point High School to stay undefeated in District 29-2A play this 2021-22 season.

Dillos Baseball unveils 2022 schedule

The San Saba High School varsity baseball team is about only one month away from starting live action as the Armadillos recently unveiled their 2022 schedule. Once February rolls around, the Dillos will have five scrimmages prior to the start of their 2022 regular-season slate: 12 p.m.

Angelo State announces fall 2021 Dean's List

Angelo State University in San Angelo, Texas, has announced the students achieving the Dean's List designation for the 2021 fall semester. To be eligible for the ASU Dean's List, full-time undergraduate students must maintain a 3.25 or better grade point average on a 4.0 scale.
