Kiwanis Club of Brownwood, in conjunction with Jan and Jerry Sims, awarded two scholarships for the 2019-2020 school year to Richland Springs' students: Hank Perry, who is headed to Texas State Technical College; and Gracie Ashworth, who is headed to Weatherford College.
