Goldthwaite, Texas, was the host site for the 2022 Girls Open League Basketball Championships. JLD (10-1) entered the tournament as the No.1 seed and proved just that as they defeated Llano, 15-4, in the title game to claim the tournament championship. Teams that took part in this year's league were JLD, Llano, Comanche, Burnet, Marble Falls, Lampasas, Gatesville, and Fredericksburg.
