Last Thursday the cross-country teams traveled to Goldthwaite to compete in the Goldthwaite Cross Country Invitational Meet. The boys team comprised of Julius Salinas, Eric Yanez, Jordan Whitney, Myles Sanchez, Rudy Vasquez, Neri Gonzalez, Jon Ham, and Diego Licea ran hard and were able to bring home a first place finish as a team. The Lady Dillos finished third as a team overall and Olalde Yanez (6th) and Chassidy Gonzales (8th) medaled as individuals. The next meet for the cross-country teams will be in Dublin when they run in the Dublin FCA Meet.
