Noma Fay Fitzgerald (Doggett) of San Saba, Texas, passed away November 17, 2020. Noma was born in French Camp, California, to Roy and Josie Doggett on July 4, 1942. She graduated from Lampasas High School in 1960. She married Glenn Fitzgerald of San Saba, Texas, April 22, 1962, at Larson AFB, Washington State. She was an avid gardener, enjoyed crocheting and quilting. She was a member of the Wallace Creek Extension Club and the 2nd and Wallace Church of Christ. She will most notably be remembered as a loving daughter, sister, wife, mother, aunt, mother-in-law, grandmother and friend touching lives across generations.

She is survived by her husband of 58 years Glenn R. Fitzgerald; three children: Cindy Hawkins and husband Roland of San Saba, Texas, Dena Henderson and husband Eddy of Lometa, Texas, and Eric Fitzgerald and wife Amanda of Pflugerville, Texas; four grandchildren: Tyler Hawkins of Weatherford, Texas, Travis Hawkins of San Saba, Texas, and Amon and Ezra Fitzgerald of Pflugerville, Texas; one Sister, Linda Nienstadt and husband Bob of Carrollton, Texas; and numerous nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her parents, Roy and Josie Doggett, and her brother, Michael Doggett.

A Graveside Service was held at China Creek Cemetery Friday, November 20, 2020, at 2:00 p.m. Blaylock Funeral Home of San Saba was in charge of arrangements. In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to the charity of choice.
