Mark Edward “Perch” Locker

Mark Edward Locker, 71, passed away peacefully, leaving behind a lifetime of memories and the people who loved him most.

Mark was preceded in death by his parents, Maynard and Patsy Locker.

He is survived by his loving wife, Kim Locker; his two sons, Michael Locker and Shane Locker; his sister, Charlotte Sims; and his three grandchildren: Foster Locker, Olivia Locker, and Willow Locker.

Mark had a deep love for the outdoors. He was an avid hunter and fisherman and found some of his greatest enjoyment spending time outside, enjoying nature and making memories with those around him. His love for the outdoors was a meaningful part of who he was and something his family will always remember.

Mark will be deeply missed by his family and all who knew and loved him. His memory will live on through his wife, children, grandchildren, sister, and the many lives he touched throughout his 71 years.

“Gone from our sight, but never from our hearts.” A visitation for Mark will be held from 1:00 p.m. – 2:00 p.m., Friday, August 21, 2026 at the First Baptist Church in Richland Springs, Texas; a funeral service will follow beginning at 2:00 p.m. and will be officiated by Pastor Barry Fikes. Interment will take place after the funeral service at the Richland Springs Cemetery.

Pallbearers: Reagan Maxcey, Tim Grant, Charlie Fowler, Shawn Maxcey, Chris Chumney, Winston Poe, Damon Greenhall, JB Moore, and Sean Pfiester.
