Marcia Ann Rainbolt Cooper, 76, of San Saba, Texas, went to be with the Lord on Saturday, December 19, 2020.

Marcia was born May 5, 1944, to Luther Ray and Jeanne Rainbolt in San Saba, Texas. She was a student of San Saba ISD for most of her school years and then graduated from Floydada High School in 1962. She was a member of the First Baptist Church of San Saba and enjoyed being a member of the San Saba Garden Club. She worked as an executive secretary at Bencor, Inc. in Dallas, Texas, until she retired and moved back to San Saba in 2000. Marcia later worked at the San Saba Animal Clinic where she enjoyed tending to the animals. Her biggest challenge was not to adopt every animal she encountered.

Marcia is preceded in death by her father, Luther Ray Rainbolt.

She is survived by her mother, Jeanne Rainbolt; sister and brother-in-law, Jan and Adam Vanderburg; brother and sister-in-law, Doug and Judy Rainbolt; niece, Denise Mitchell and Herman; nephews: Curtis Rainbolt and Christine, Brady McGee and Amy, and Casey McGee; great nieces and nephews: Rebekah, Sam and Jake Ray, Zoe, Zack and Zane Rainbolt, Abby and Emma McGee and Justin and Shelby McGee.

Graveside Service was, Tuesday, December 22, 2020, at 2:00 p.m. in China Creek Cemetery, San Saba, Texas, with Pastor Sam Crosby officiating.

Memorials may be made to San Saba County Friends of Animals.

Funeral arrangements are entrusted to Heritage Funeral Home of San Saba.
