LaNell Daniels, 82, of Lometa, passed away on October 1, 2021, in Kingsland, Texas. She was born to father, Edmund, and mother, Elsie, on April 21, 1939 in Bend, Texas.
LaNell had many hobbies. She enjoyed playing cards and dominos with family and her friends in the Bend community. She enjoyed fishing, hunting, and playing and occasionally winning at the casino.
She was a gifted gardener as well as seamstress. LaNell found great joy in making Afghan blankets and quilts for her family members. She found her greatest love and joy in her daughter, Tammy. LaNell is loved and missed by all who knew her.
LaNell is preceded in death by both parents, O.P. Parrish, Jack Daniels, and granddaughter, Melania Thomlinson.
She is survived by daughter, Tammy Johnson, of Bend, Texas; brother, Lloyd Henniger, and wife, Pam, of Ponotoc, Texas; sisters: Gladys Brister and husband Emerson, of Thrall, Texas; Jane Clark and husband, William, of Bend, Texas; and Elsie Shirley of Portales, New Mexico; and granddaughter, Theresa Fullerton.
Funeral arrangements are entrusted to Heritage Funeral Home of San Saba.
