Jerry Wayne Randolph

Mr. Jerry Wayne Randolph was born October 18, 1965, to Richard Mance and Mary Louise Randolph. The sun shined a little brighter that day, and onAugust 8, 2023, the Lord called him home.

Jerry grew up in Cherokee and graduated from Cherokee High School. He attendedAngelo State University. In 2001, Jerry found Christ, and his life was changed forever. Jerry spent the years that followed attending Cherokee Baptist Church where he loved to serve the children. His favorite week of the year was CentriKid week where he attended for 17 years.

In 2011, he started seeing the love of his life, Mrs. Amy Randolph. He would marry her eventually in 2017. He spent those 11 years loving her and their daughter, Millinda Kucera. He spent his time attending any Cherokee community event and packing shoeboxes for Operation Christmas Child.

Jerry Wayne Randolph is preceded in death by his mother, Mary Louise Randolph; uncles, Herman Rhoades and Charles Randolph; and grandparents: Mance and Shelly Fae Randolph, and Morris and Ada Walker. He is survived by his wife, Amy Elizabeth Randolph; daughter, Millinda Elizabeth Kucera (Christopher Green); father, Richard Mance Randolph; sister, Sandy Oestreich (Kelly Oestreich); brother, Kevin Randolph (Mary Randolph); nephews: Jaze Randolph (Vanessa Rodriguez), and Collin Oestreich (Kindel Oestreich); and niece, Caroline Oestreich.

The family asks for donations to Operation Christmas Child or CentriKid at First Baptist Church Cherokee in lieu of flowers. If you would like to, please bring the things to pack a box to decorate the church.

Visitation was held August 11, 2023, from 5 p.m. -7 p.m. at Harrell Funeral Home in Llano. Services were held at Cherokee Baptist Church on August 12, 2023, at 2 p.m. Burial followed at Cherokee Cemetery.
