Diana Alice Salomon

Diana Alice Salomon, 78, loving daughter, wife and mother, of San Saba, passed away on March 16, 2020 in San Saba. She was born on the island of Mindanao in the Philippines during WW2, while fleeing from enemy soldiers in the jungle, to Lillie and Procopy Moscal, on January the 13, 1942. She went to school in Los Angeles. Diana married Rudolf Salomon on the 25th of January, 1964 in the city of Los Angeles.

Once her children completed schooling, Diana worked as a salesclerk for Kmart for 15 years. She spent her life being a devoted wife and mother, creating a loving, warm and secure environment for her children and husband. All her children’s friends were always made to feel at home. Diana was “Mom” to everyone.

Diana is preceded in death by her mother, Lillie Moscal, her father, Procopy Moscal and her brothers Ray, Jack and Walter Moscal.

Diana is survived by her husband, Rudolf Salomon of San Saba, Texas; her son Brandon Salomon of Brownwood, Texas; her son, Sean Salomon of Brawley, California; granddaughter, Sidney Salomon; daughter, Annonan Wilha of San Angelo and son-in-law ,Dennis Wilha of San Angelo.

Funeral arrangements are entrusted to Heritage Funeral Home of San Saba.
