Dara Lynn Land Lord, age 82, passed away peacefully, on Tuesday, December 14, 2021, in Hico, Texas.
Dara was born April 21, 1939, in Richland Springs, Texas, to James Walter Land and Hettie Inez Justice Land.
She attended Richland Springs public schools and had lived most of her life in Richland Springs.
She married Wendell Till, and to this union three sons were born: Weldon Keith Till, Terry Wayne Till, and Lynn Dean Till.
She later married Hollis Lord in Richland Springs, Texas.
Dara loved being outdoors, gardening, fishing and spending time with her sisters.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Hollis Lord; one son, Keith Till; brothers, James Land and Lawrence Land; and sisters: Lomagene Parks, Mildred Chamberlain, Patsy Crockett, and Alice Ladell Land.
She is survived by two sons: Terry Till and wife Traci of Hico, Texas, Lynn Till and wife Donna of San Angelo, Texas; five grandchildren: Terrence Till, Trevor Till and wife Kendra, Justin Till, Jarred Till, Tristan Till and fiance Brody Brown; and four great grandchildren, Bentley Till, Ella Till, Evie Till and Theo Till. Graveside services are scheduled for Friday, December 17, 2021,
