For those of you that have not heard, we are putting on a four-day music festival in Big Bend March 30th-April 2nd.
This event will be held in beautiful Terlingua, Texas, at an amazing location. You can camp, bring your RV or stay at one of the amazing lodging options in the area.
The musical lineup is amazing, and if you are a musician there will be songwriting clinics and a lot of breakout picking sessions.
Big Bend Songwriter Festival isn’t Austin City Limits or a Luke Bryan concert. We are creating an intimate experience in a beautiful, sacred place. Our team will soon be providing a list of activities, sights, businesses, campgrounds and more in the area that we hope you find the time to visit while you’re out this way.
This is a four-day festival. There are two stages and live music all four days.
Attendees will be able to arrive for camping on Thursday starting at 1 p.m.
Everyone that plays music is encouraged to bring their guitar, voice or other instruments as there will be a lot of jams, picker’s circles and songwriting clinics.
There are plumbed bathrooms and showers at the property. We will also have porta-potties scattered around.
For those of you that would like to stay in Terlingua, there are some amazing lodging and camping opportunities in Terlingua.
There is much to do and see in Terlingua and the Big Bend Region. There are also a number of great restaurants and venues in the area. Hiking opportunities abound. Check out some of the companies that offer a range of activities from 4x4 rentals, horseback riding, river trips and more.
The location of this event is amazingly beautiful. Terlingua is a dark sky community. Guests of the festival will see some of the biggest and brightest star views in Texas. The night skies are magical in Big Bend.
This festival is small by festival standards. We are limiting this event to 500 attendees.
Folks are encouraged to get their tickets soon as they are selling pretty quickly.
There are some amazing musical artists that you may know, but there are also many, many artists that you may not have heard. You are in for a real treat in that regard.
This is a peaceful event. Bring your friends and make new ones.
