Pecan Capital Trade Day

The weather did not keep the vendors or the customers away last Saturday at the Pecan Capital Trade Day in San Saba. Joan Van Gorp said they did not have any rain, and the vendors’ sales were pretty good. There were eight vendors showing off their items.

I spoke with Ty and LaRaye Kelly from Mullin, Texas. At their booth, they featured canned items including preserves, relish, and pickles. They also displayed beautiful hand-stitched quilts of varying sizes, some of which displayed the shape of Texas.

T. J. Kelly of New Hope Ranch was also at their booth manning the Raw Wildflower Honey section of the booth.

Pecan Capital Trade Day is October 1st. Make plans now to attend, browse, and shop!
