The San Saba County Museum Foundation Inc. invites everyone interested in San Saba County history to its Annual Membership meeting this Sunday, May 1st, at 2:00 p.m. The location will again be The Father’s House Fellowship Hall at 704 E. Commerce Street.
After a brief business meeting, Artist and San Saba native Jane Felts Mauldin will share her memories of growing up in San Saba, her art, and the interesting and surprising twists and turns her career has taken. Many of Jane’s limited numbered prints will be available for sale at the meeting.
At the meeting, you will also have an opportunity help preserve and share the history of San Saba County by becoming a member of the Museum Foundation. Membership dues for both individuals and families are less than $10.00. Dues, along with donations, allow the museum to remain open to the community free of charge. Our regular hours are 1:30 p.m. to 4:00 p.m., Saturdays and Sundays, April through October. We also invite tour groups by appointment by visiting our website <www.sansabamuseum.org>.
