Family fun venue opens in Marble Falls

Families of all ages have a new playground in Marble Falls. Putters and Gutters, with the original location in Lampasas, opened their second location this spring next to the Pedernales Electric Cooperative Headquarters in Marble Falls.

“The Cockrells are so excited to open another fun center for families to enjoy in the beautiful Hill Country,” said Kasey Faurie, Marketing and Concert Coordinator. “Our first location was the dream of our owners who wanted to place for families to enjoy activities like bowling and roller skating, and it just grew from there.”

The Marble Falls location boasts seven acres of endless fun all in one spot with activities such as bowling, roller skating, putt-putt, arcade games, and most recently added are go-carts with axe throwing being added this spring.

“We have 20 bowling lanes and have already begun hosting professional bowling tournaments,” noted Faurie. “We also have already started league nights Monday through Thursday with the summer league just around the corner and a wait list being compiled for additional teams.”

The Broken Fork restaurant and bar offers a wide array of dishes and a popular dining spot for adults entertaining their children and grandchildren alike. Menu offerings range from steak dinners to pizza and a good variety of kid’s menu options as well. Just in time for summer will be an outside dining and patio area that will offer big screen televisions to watch local, regional, state and national sporting events.

“Between our patio area and the concert area, we’re hoping to be able to air some of the local sporting events to help provide another outlet for local fans to catch local sporting events such as Mustang football” Faurie shared. “We are excited to be a part of the Marble Falls community, and this is just one way to show our love and support.”

If hosting a gathering is more of your need, Putters and Gutters offers four party rooms, which come with a designated Putters & Gutters party host, pizza and drinks, decorations as well as activities and game cards.

“The arcade is equipped with 32 of the latest high-tech games, and by purchasing the fun card, kids can choose any of the amenities including food as well, which is unlike any other place” added Faurie.

One of the most exciting features for local music lovers is their enclosed concert venue, “The 19th Hole,” which has capacity for 2500 fans and features VIP risers, which are already sold out for the year. Putters and Gutters is open Sunday-Thursday 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. and Friday-Saturday, 10 a.m.-1 a.m. and is located at 4100 N. US Hwy. 281 in Marble Falls.
