Dee Johnson, 80, of San Saba, passed away December 23rd, after a short battle with lung cancer. He was preceded in death by his wife, Bonnie Jane Johnson; mother, Vada Johnson; and father, Woodrow Johnson. Dee is survived by his daughters: Beth Johnson Childers and husband James Childers of Riviera, Texas; and Katie Johnson O’Brien of Anaconda, Montana. He was very proud of his grandchildren: Jordan Svadlenak Peralta of San Antonio, Jacob Svadlenak of Belton, James Svadlenak of Austin, Kodi, Jason and Jared Barnes of Anaconda, Montana. His great-grandchildren include Natalie, Joshua, and Bella Peralta, Nova and Violet Svadlenak and Scarlett Svadlenak. A graveside service will be held February 6th, at 3 p.m. at Spring Creek cemetery.
