Sherry loved her family, especially her loving and kind mother. Sherry and her mother were incredibly close. Sherry was also incredibly close to her nieces, nephews, and her many cousins and loved being teased especially by her nephews. When Sherry was around her family, she always had a big smile on her face and a hug ready for each and every one of them. One of the things that truly put a sparkle in her eye was her love for music. Along with her love for music, she loved to dance like no one was watching. Later, in life, Sherry got to attend JCI Workshop in Brownwood, Texas where she loved working with her hands and earning a paycheck. In her leisure time, she loved word search puzzles, and coloring pictures to give to her family. Sherry was a member of Herren Baptist Church (Parkview Baptist Church) where she attended when she could with her mother.
