Receipts totaled 1,470 head. Demand continued good this week even with the futures board moving lower. We are beginning to see a lot more fleshy calves due to the good conditions in the area which has affected the market to be a little lower compared to the dried out calves. The stocker steers were steady, and stocker heifers were steady to $5 lower. Feeder steers were steady to $4 lower with 9 steers 640 lbs at $460.00 ($2944.00). Feeder heifers were $4-$7 lower. Packer cows and bulls sold steady in very good demand. Pairs and bred cows sold steady with strong demand.
